Overview
West Yorkshire ICB is undertaking a Market Engagement Exercise to assess the level of interest from suitably qualified providers to deliver a health inclusion service to vulnerable groups who reside within the Wakefield District. The purpose of this service would be to engage with vulnerable groups to assess and address any immediate health and well-being needs and to support them to engage with mainstream health and care services.
This would be inclusive of services to refugees and asylum seekers, the homeless, sex workers and gypsy, Roma and traveller communities. Once registered, potential providers will be able to complete their response.

- To increase the extent to which socially disadvantaged populations engage with health and care services.
