Overview
This procurement exercise will lead to a single supplier Framework Agreement. The Framework will be for the provision of a GDPR compliant IT disposal and secure data destruction service.
The Framework will be awarded as a single lot, with Bidders being required to meet all aspects of the Technical Specification. Eligibility & compliance
Client Organisations will seek providers of GDPR compliant IT disposal and secure data destruction to include, but not limited to:- • IT Security Services • Confidential data destruction • Computer disposals and recycling • Mobile phone and tablet disposal and recycling • X-Ray collection and recycling • Multimedia disposal and recycling • Electronic component recycling • Onsite and offsite HDD overwriting • Onsite and offsite HDD shredding • Onsite and offsite HDD crushing Not all clients may require the full extent of these services; however potential providers must be able to offer all of these services.
