Overview
The University have determined this appointment is required prior to selection of the development partner in mid-October, therefore due to timescales, the low risk and the nature of the appointment the University have decided to appoint through a closed process using Architects with previous knowledge of the Campus, University and Cardiff City. The University are undertaking an ambitious Campus Futures programme to meet the University's Strategy. The programme will reduce the size and consolidate the academic campus, improve facilities, significantly improve the residential offering, address net zero, climate change and biodiversity, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and improve student experience whilst also increasing commercial income for the University.
