Cofely Workplace Ltd (Cofely) on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council (the Council) is undertaking an open procurement exercise to appoint five or more contractors to carry out plumbing and heating works, funded by disabled facilities grants, for residents who qualify in North East Lincolnshire.
