Overview
Suffolk County Council is seeking to award a contract for an integrated Healthy Lifestyles Service that will prevent early onset of modifiable conditions, modify lifestyle behaviours and prevent early onset of non-communicable diseases. Key priorities will be reducing health inequalities, increasing long term health outcomes and improving quality of life for Suffolk residents.
Interest is sought from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide these services across the whole county of Suffolk. The Council expects this contract to be flexible and responsive to local needs and to continue to develop, innovate and evaluate high quality Healthy Lifestyle Services.
The contract will also improve sustainability of behaviour change by effective partnership working with relevant partner organisations. The Provider will be expected to support wider objectives prioritised by the Suffolk Health and Wellbeing Board and Suffolk County Council.
