Overview
Gwynedd Council needs to commission a provider to provide Influencing and Persuasion Skills Training to their managers and team leaders. Being able to persuade and influence is a key skill in the workplace.
It enables individuals to effectively present ideas, gain support from others and achieve positive outcomes. These skills strengthen collaboration, help build trust, and encourage people to consider new perspectives.
By using persuasive methods that are respectful and clear, our managers and leaders can navigate discussions, solve problems more effectively, and contribute to better decisions. Ultimately, being able to positively influence strengthens working relationships and improves personal and team effectiveness. - Cyngor Gwynedd has a bilingual policy (Welsh and English).
Additional details
As a result the Council wishes to appoint a provider who can deliver the training in Welsh and English. However, we will consider English providers if there are no suitable bilingual providers.
