North Ayrshire Council (NAC) invites tenders for the provision of a General Building and Repair Works Framework. The framework will be ranked, and it is anticipated that up to 5 contractors will be appointed to each Lot.
Notwithstanding this, NAC reserves the right to appoint a greater number of contractors to any Lot at its sole discretion, where it deems this appropriate and beneficial to the operation of the framework. There are no guaranteed volumes of business.
