To provide 4, number of, 3.5t GVW Medium Wheel Base Single Cab vehicles suitable to work in demanding time critical environments. The vehicles shall be supplied to manufacturer’s specification and should be of extremely strong construction to provide excellent performance.

The complete vehicle must be of lightweight design to ensure maximum load carrying capacity. Complete vehicles and all equipment shall be supplied with full type approval and CE marked or equivalent.
