Procurement and implementation of digital solution(s) for managing recruitment into the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). Specifically, tools to: 1.

Support the initial application process e.g. attraction & screening (Lot 1) 2. Assist with assessment and selection e.g. gamified assessments (Lot 2) 3.

Manage the sift, and other administrative tasks e.g. automated sifting (Lot 3) The purpose of the proposed solution(s) is to improve recruitment. BEIS is confronted with several resourcing challenges; improving our systems and processes is a vital pre-requisite to the successful achievement of future large-scale recruitment into the Dept.
