Scottish Borders Council is seeking bid submissions from suitably qualified and experienced providers to supplement it's existing framework for Funded Early Learning and Childcare Places (ref SBC/CPS/1815). Scottish Borders Council is reopening its Funded Early Learning and Childcare Framework to new providers from the voluntary,independent and private settings to provide Early Learning and Childcare for 2,3 and 4 year old children.
As this service is listed in Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations and the contract value exceeds the threshold, the Council will be using the afforded flexibility of the Light Touch Regime to re-open the framework.
