Tenders are invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from Service Providers with relevant experience and ability to provide Asbestos Consultancy Services (the "Services") under a Framework Agreement, as detailed more fully in the Council's Minimum Specification and the Output and General Specifications. The Council intends to appoint up to four (4) Service Providers on Lot 1 and eight (8) Service Providers on Lot 2 and an unlimited number of Service Providers for Lot 3 under this framework to perform the Services in connection with Asbestos Containing Materials ("ACM's") present within its asset management portfolio (the "Portfolio").
