Overview
Colchester City Council is currently looking to commission a supplier to provide a fully integrated finance system. The council is issuing a Pre Market Engagement Notice to enable a full review of the options available within the market, before fully developing a solution to meet the future finance requirements of the council.
The purpose of the early engagement is to understand supplier capability against our proposed defined requirements and validate the feasibility of being able to deliver a fully integrated finance solution.
