Purpose of this Expression of Interest

Estyn is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced suppliers who may be interested in a forthcoming procurement opportunity for the provision of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and associated maintenance services at its Anchor Court office.

The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to
- identify suppliers who may be interested in tendering for the contract;
- provide prospective suppliers with an early indication of the anticipated scope of the requirement; and
- provide interested suppliers with an opportunity to visit the premises and familiarise themselves with the site and anticipated requirements before the formal Invitation to Tender (ITT) is issued
