Full Description
Essex County Council (ECC) intends to establish a 4 year Framework Agreement for the provision of Professional Services to support and manage the delivery of major capital construction projects.
The scope of services are as follows

- Project Management Services (including Client CDM duties)

- Architectural Services
- Building Services Engineering
- Building Surveying Services
- Structural Engineering Services
- Town Planning Services
- Project Sponsor Services
Ad-hoc Services
- Acoustic Surveys
- Aboriculture Surveys
- Archaeological Surveys
- Asbestos Surveys
- Condition Surveys (of building services in existing buildings)
- Ecological Surveys
- Electrical Load Testing Services
- Ground Investigations
- Military Ordnance Surveys
- Structural Surveys
- Utilities (mains) Surveys
- Below Ground Services Surveys
- 3D Surveys of Retained Buildings
- Environmental Impact Assessments
- Traffic Surveys & Assessments
The Framework Agreement will be available to other Contracting Authorities within the East of England and is anticipated to be operational by 1st September 2016.

The Council makes no guarantee as to the amount or value of work awarded under the Framework.
