Overview
Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (the 'Trust') is seeking, without prejudice, market engagement in advance of advertising a procurement to provide an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system and associated services. The procurement forms part of a wider transformation programme across the Trust.
The Trust intends to run this procurement using the Competitive Dialogue procedure. It is expected that the outcomes of this PIN and subsequent associated activity will help to inform the nature and content of that process.
The Trust plans to publish the Contract Notice and SQ in the OJEU in May 2018, leading to contract award in early summer 2019. The Trust's planned market engagement is designed to test the market in terms of the achievability of the scope, scale and timeframe of our requirements and to encourage input from potential suppliers to the design of the service provision.
