This is a framework agreement (called a Dynamic Purchasing System) for passenger transport services across the West Midlands. The buyer is looking to set up an approved list of transport providers who can supply various types of vehicles — from minibuses to full-size buses — to move passengers of all ages, including schoolchildren, people with disabilities, and social care clients. Any public sector organisation in the West Midlands can then 'call off' (order) services from this pre-approved list.
