The Common Services Agency (more commonly known as National Services Scotland) (‘the Authority’) acting through its division National Procurement, is undertaking this procurement of Dressings (‘Products’) as outlined further below on behalf of all entities constituted pursuant to the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978, (i.e. all NHS Scotland Health Boards, Special Health Boards and the Authority or other NHS Organisation established pursuant to the NHS (Scotland) Act 1978), any integrated Joint Boards established pursuant to the new Public Bodies (Joint Working) Scotland Act 2014 (collectively hereafter referred to as (‘Participating Authorities’). We require a range of Waterproof Plastic Adhesive Tape available in various sizes to be supplied to all NHS Scotland Boards via the NDC (National Distribution Centre) at Larkhall.

Provide a platform for product innovation or advanced development within the scope of the framework. Considerations can only be proposed from suppliers that have a positive commercial submission on the framework in any ranked position (ranked 6th or above still qualifies) Proposals must compliment the framework scope.

Systems or non-specific products will not be considered. Any proposal that duplicates any of the other Lots within framework will not be considered.
