This service specification sets out the requirements for a Digital Switch – Telecare programme. The programme will replace analogue or non-dual digital telecare equipment with dual capability (WiFi and SIM) digital units for our citizens with an active connection, helping them to remain safe and independent at home. The objective is to replace and connect all units before the Digital Switch deadline of January 2027.
