Dental Referral Management Service for NHS England - Central Midlands

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England Midlands & East (Central Midlands) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver a Dental Referral Management Service for the Central Midlands region which include the Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Bedfordshire, Luton, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes areas. The ITT reference is itt_734 and responses should be made by 12 noon on 9th August 2017. The Commissioner is looking for a provider to deliver a Dental Electronic Referral Service to provide an outward-facing service with a central hub to receive and process referrals.

The Commissioner has chosen not to include the estimated value of the Contract for the purposes of this procurement. As a result of this procurement exercise an agreement will be established with the successful Bidder(s) for a period of 2 years, with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 2 years ie 1+1.

The Commissioner reserves the right to request expansion of this service in the future to include clinical triage for secondary care paediatrics or digitisation or Primary Care Orthodontics. Additional information: The Contracting Authority intends to use an e-Procurement Portal 'Arden and GEM CSU Procurement Portal' in this procurement exercise.
