North Somerset Council is undertaking market engagement to inform future commissioning arrangements for Dementia Support Services.North Somerset has a growing number of residents living with dementia and demand for support is expected to increase over coming years. Current services support people living with dementia, their families and carers through information, advice, navigation, personalised support planning, community-based activities, dementia-friendly community development and opportunities to reduce social isolation. North Somerset Council wishes to understand current local provision and how this might fir with our objectives.
