CT0145 - Provision of Professional Services in relation to Major Adaptation Works to dwellings for people with Disability - Belfast Region The Housing Executive is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and competent multi-disciplinary professional services provider to carry out services including, but not limited to survey, management of works on site, through to agreement of final account and defects for NIHE dwellings requiring Major Adaptations works located in the Belfast Area. It is envisaged that the duration will be for 24 months The Employer has the option, at its sole discretion, to extend the completion date by such period(s) as the Employer sees fit provided that the completion date does not exceed 36 (thirty-six) months from the starting date. Additional information: The estimated value as stated at II.1.7 includes the initial period + options as stated at II.2.11.
