**UPDATE JUNE 2026 - PLEASE NOTE THIS PROJECT RELATED TO PRE-MARKET ENGAGEMENT ONLY** THE SHORT BREAKS SERVICES FRAMEWORK IS NOW OPEN, PLEASE USE INTEND PROJECT REF WCC 00006099 TO APPLY TO JOIN Worcestershire County Council (the Council) intends to establish a multi supplier, multi lot Short Breaks Services Framework to improve access to high quality services for children and young people with disabilities and / or complex needs.
Before commencing the procurement, the Council is issuing this Preliminary Market Engagement notice to invite interested organisations to attend an online market engagement event. The event will offer an overview of the planned framework, proposed lots, and the anticipated procurement timetable.
It will also give suppliers the opportunity to give feedback to inform the development of the service specification(s) and proposed framework and ask questions. The initial market engagement event will be held virtually by Microsoft Teams by invite only on 4th February 2026 (13.30 - 14.30).
