Brief Description of Requirement The National Living Wage (NLW) or National Minimum Wage (NMW) (collectively referred to here as the Minimum Wage) applies to all workers (excluding the self-employed) and is the minimum hourly rate of pay an employer can pay. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement.
