Overview
A framework agreement for carrying out minor construction works covering the period from November 2017 to October 2021. The number of schemes is not known.
The schemes, each of which will have an estimated value of from £10,000 up to £500,000 or £1.0m as appropriate, will be the subject of an individual Works Order issued by the Project Manager/Supervisor. The Authority intends to appoint four contractors under this Framework Contract.
Tenderers should be aware that the Authority does not guarantee the number of schemes that will actually be undertaken or the number of schemes to be carried out by any of the Framework Contractors. The types of works include footways, cycle routes, bus priorities, pedestrian crossings, traffic calming and works to recycling centres.
