Overview
Provision of specialist consultancy support for the design and implementation phase of the One Coventry Prevention Programme, including operating model development, outcomes measurement, programme design, testing and implementation planning. The contract provides specialist consultancy support for the next phase of the One Coventry Prevention Programme.
Building on the discovery phase completed in May 2026, the services will support the transition from programme discovery into design and implementation, including the development of a practical and deliverable operating model, the establishment of outcomes and benefits measures, support for programme design and testing activities, and preparation for implementation across the Council. The consultancy will utilise the evidence, analysis and learning from the initial phase to support the Council's preventative approach to service delivery.
