Additional details
The contracts are for a fixed term period of five years with a provision to extend for a further period of up to two years. The planned commencement date is 1st October 2016.
There are approximately 165 sites (accounting for over 380 fans) covered by the communal extract fans contract (plus three smoke detector blocks). There are approximately 144 residential blocks (with 126 cold water booster sites) covered by the boosted water pumpsets contract (plus 15 sump pump sites).
