Overview
This service will deliver drug and alcohol service, covering Prevention, Treatment and Recovery. The Service will give particular focus to women, young people, and families, BAME, LGBTQ, drug and/alcohol use in relation to domestic violence, mental health, housing, and an aging drug and/or alcohol population that have been in long-term drug and/or alcohol treatment.
The Service will also give particular focus to the use and treatment of Synthetic drugs (Novel Psychoactive Substances (NPS)), Image and Performance Enhancing Drug's (IPED's) and use and dependency on prescribed and over the counter medicines. The contract will run for a 12 month period and is funded via the ring-fenced Public Health Government Grant Funding. Provider Selection Regime direct award process A.
