Overview
The Council is intending to undertake a procurement exercise for a redesigned Young People’s Accommodation and Independence Pathway for young people aged 16 to 25. This pre-market engagement exercise is intended to inform the market of the Council’s proposed procurement process, service requirements and indicative timelines.
It will also provide an opportunity for providers to seek clarification and consider their participation in the forthcoming tender exercise. The Council will hold a supplier engagement session in order to:
- Further explain the intended procurement exercise, proposed pathway model and service requirements. The supplier engagement session will be held via Microsoft Teams on 18/09/2026 at 10am.

The session is expected to last no more than 1 hour. A maximum of two representatives per supplier organisation may attend.
