The Employer’s objectives are to
- Be able to make informed decisions about the suitability and application of PAMs for individual work packages.
- Provide a cost range projection to the regulator within its project assessment submissions.
- Manage and mitigate inflationary risk in each individual work package.
- Provide accurate capex forecasting, mapping the impact of inflation on each individual work package and the wider project.
- Ensure recovery of inflationary impact from the regulator is maximised.
