Overview
A Preferred Providers List (PPL) will be introduced where providers will be accredited to provide specifically required services of a particular quality at an agreed price and will be continually monitored in accordance with ongoing performance management and monitoring criteria. This approach will benefit both the Council and the provider(s) by including the most suitably experienced and qualified organisations onto the PPL and where possible longer term commitments may be given to ensure continuity of supply and value for money.
