Lewisham Council is seeking to appoint a masterplanner to create a Town Centre Masterplan for Catford. The core town centre presents large scale development opportunities much of which will be in control of the council.

A detailed masterplan study for the identified key regeneration sites that is informed by a high level vision for the town centre as a whole. iii. An implementation plan that details individual projects, sites and interventions contained within the study, and identifies potential timeframes, partners and funding opportunities, in conjunction with the Council's appointed Property Advisor.
