Overview
The Councils' (Cambridge City and Huntingdonshire District Councils) are looking to create a framework for hybrid mail (printing posting of external correspondence) and general and specific printing. The framework will be for 4 years with a possible 2 call-offs up to 3 years making a maximum of 6 years.
The proposal is to carry out an OJEU competitive tender with negotiation for online service(s) to deliver the different functionality required - as Lots - for bulk printing and mailing, document production and specialist printing. The organisation has a desire to save 10% on annual hybrid mail costs but recognises print volumes are declining due to email and web-based correspondence.
