Overview
Maldon District Council (MDC) is seeking a Contractor to carry out building alteration works to its Council Offices. The proposed Contract is a one-off project and works must be completed by the 27th July 2015.
This Contract will be let on the basis of a fixed price for labour and the submitted method statements. Works will include but not limited to – • Demolishing internal walls • Removing ceilings • Erecting internal walls and ceilings • Electrical works • Plumbing / heating works • Making good, including decoration See Schedule of Work document (Appendix A) for full list of works required.
