BU082025- Bus & Coach Hire Services

Bangor University is seeking suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of bus, coachand executive coach hire services, all with a driver, to meet the University’s ongoingtransport requirements. These services will support a range of activities including, but notlimited to, open days, field trips, and airport transfers.

Pickup and drop-off locations will be across Bangor University campuses in Bangor,Menai Bridge, and Wrexham as well as other locations across North Wales. The primaryobjective of the Contract is to ensure the reliable delivery of passenger transport servicesthrough the provision of accessible vehicles and suitably qualified drivers, with all vehiclesfully compliant and appropriate for access to all specified University sites.The University intends to award a sole supplier for this contract.Required Vehicle Capabilities:The operator must be able to supply, as a minimum, the following vehicle categories uponrequest: 3+ Super Coaches High capacity vehicles accommodating 70 or more seats coaches with driver for oneoccasion/trip. 5+ Standard Coaches Vehicles accommodating 40 or more seat coaches with driver for one occasion/trip. 4+ Executive Travel Coaches Higher specification vehicles accommodating 25 or more seat coaches with driver for oneoccasion/trip.
