Full Description
The primary objectives of this contract are to
- Establish and maintain constructive engagement with stakeholders from the local fishing industry that operate out of Holyhead Port and in the vicinity of the Morlais demonstration zone (MDZ).
- Facilitate effective communication channels with stakeholders on behalf of the Project Developers who will be deploying tidal devices in the MDZ.
- Ensure all engagement activities are appropriately documented for submission against Marine Licence conditions 3.30 & 3.23.1 vi.
- Record stakeholder feedback, concerns and responses, and relay to the Project for consideration and response.
- Produce coexistence plan and evidence of implementation suitable for regulatory review.
- Prepare a final compliance report demonstrating fulfilment of Marine Licence Condition 3.23.1 vi.
