Bevan Brittan - provision of legal advice and legal services

It is expected that the Supplier shall provide the following Services and support which shall be considered to be a non-exhaustive scope of services required: 1. liaise with members of the Authority's Programme Team as may be necessary; 2. as may be necessary, attend Project and other related meetings; 3. provide specialist legal advice and support in connection with the drafting and review of the Works Information; 4. provide specialist legal advice and support to the drafting and finalisation of the GMP contract and any early works compensation events/agreements; 5. review the final GMP contract and prepare an assurance report for the Trust Board; 6. prepare briefing and advice notes for the Authority on legal and contract matters; and 7. provide general specialist legal advice and support to the Authority in the resolution of contract matters i.e. to include compensation events, disputes, and interpretations of the NEC Contract.
