The Contractor will be responsible for the design and construction of the works in accordance with the Employers requirements, Scope, Site Information and other Contract Documents. Associated dredging works. The project is intended to be be procured as a design and build contract using the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC), Option A - Priced Contract with Activity Schedule.
