Please note that the draft contract will follow via the messaging system when available.The Greyfriars Levelling Up project was awarded in late 2024 and is now progressing towards planning applications, with a design and technical team engaged to prepare planning applications and commence strip out works. The scheme is centred around the rear of the Eastgate Shopping Centre, Eastgate Market, Greyfriars House and Monument (a scheduled ancient monument) and the interconnecting public realm and former bowls club to the southern side of the current Eastgate Market BuildingThe Employers Agent role is to act as the client’s authorised on-site representative, providing independent professional oversight, guidance and administration across all RIBA Plan of Work (2020) end of RIBA 3 to RIBA 6.

Ensuring the project is delivered to all statutory obligations, and in accordance with the approved design brief, planning consents and funding requirements. Reduce risk exposure, maximise value and safeguard the Client’s interests throughout design development, tender, construction, hand over and defects management. Ensure all RIBA Stages are mandated via the Gloucester Council and their relevant representatives adhering to the Building Safety Act (2022) and in line with the current Gloucester City Council Constitution.
