Overview
This would cover cottages 1,2,4,5,6,7 & 8. The buildings are Grade 2 listed and therefore we are seeking a sympathetic approach to the works that must be in keeping with the current Scheme.
Cottage 8 will be occupied during the contract period and therefore consideration must be applied. FXPlus expects the winning bidder to deliver high quality workmanship with attention to detail and finishes.
This is a critical completition date and suppliers must be able to complete the works by this deadline. Important: Site Visits FXPlus expect tenderers to visit the site and area in question to fully appreciate the works required.
