ESPO are establishing a catalogue framework for the supply of ring binders, box files, manilla files and folders and dividers along with plastic filing, presentation and storage products including punched pockets, plastic pocket wallets, plastic files, display books, dividers, pencil and document cases, desktop products, book covers, clip boards and carry cases, all for delivery to the ESPO distribution centre, Leicester, and book bags for delivery direct to ESPO customer premises. The Framework is divided into 10 lots.

Lot 1. Smartbuy Products Lot 2.

Punch Pockets Lot 3. Plastic Files and Display Lot 4.

Filing Wallets Lot 5. Desktop Products and Clipboards Lot 6.

Book Covers and Carry Cases Lot 7. Binders and Box Files Lot 8.

Dividers Lot 9. Suspension Files Lot 10.

Book Bags and Pencil Cases Please refer to the tender documents for further details (including further details on each of the lots) - please ensure that you access the ITT Event / Activity (Activity summary screen) for these once an Expression of interest ('register interest’) has been completed (see also the below note in the case of Expressions of interest having already been completed).

Once the initial period of the contract has ended (i.e., 31 March 2029), there is an option to extend the framework by up to a further 23 months. This is dependent on ESPO, ESPO Customers, and market needs, as well as the performance of sales.

The total estimated framework value stated includes the option to extend as noted above. Please check your Activities area in this case instead (or otherwise contact Proactis Supplier Support for any other system related help).
