Overview
Central Bedfordshire Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to deliver a fully managed programme for the installation, maintenance, and repair of doors, door entry systems, and assisted living equipment across its housing stock. The appointed Contractor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service, and managing works in a planned and coordinated manner to achieve best value and right-first-time outcomes.
The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the quotation process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all tenderers, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all.

Quotations submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your Quotation must be submitted via the In-tend system by no later than 6th July 2026 Quotations received after that time will be excluded.
