De Montfort University seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out installation of external cold water break tank and booster pumps and replacement of the existing plastic water pipes at De Montfort University, Gateway Building, The Gateway, Leicester LE2 7DP. The new CWS break tank and booster pump set shall be housed in a GRP kiosk and be located externally at the site boundary.
The works shall be the Mechanical Installation as set down in this specification, Schedules and the accompanying drawings together with all additional associated work, both temporary and permanent which may be required to ensure the correct functioning and fixing of the installation.
