Pre market Engagement for Out of Hours Call Service

Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) currently provides an Out of Hours Repairs and ASB service through a third party so tenants can report Emergency repairs out of hours. Ahead of the full procurement process PCH wish to undertake pre-market engagement to explore supplier options and services available.
