This is a construction contract to build an extension to St Monica's Boxing Club that will add toilet facilities, an office, and a kitchen. The work also includes building an internal steel mezzanine (raised platform) in the existing gym with a soundproofed room for counselling, plus all associated electrical work and finishing. The contract is managed under NEC4 ECSC Short Contract terms.

Singlegate Primary School needs a new boiler installed during the summer holidays in 2026 (between 21 July and 31 August). This is a straightforward replacement project that must be completed while the school is closed, and all bidding happens through the London Tenders Portal.

This is a contract to inspect and repair two large fuel storage tanks (T9 and T10) at a British military airbase in Cyprus. The work involves checking the tanks for damage using special testing methods, blasting and repainting the inside surfaces, fixing any problems found, and servicing the pressure valves on top.

HS2 is looking for a specialist subcontractor to build accommodation and footway overbridges (bridges that go over the railway) as part of the North Chilterns to Aylesbury section of the project. You'll be responsible for constructing the concrete structures, drainage, waterproofing, and all associated civils works — essentially everything except the deck (top surface) of the bridge.
