Dyfed Area Planning Board (APB) will issue a tender for Dyfed Tier 2 Substance Misuse Service in the Hywel Dda University Health Board (HDUHB) region across West Wales. DDAS offers initial assessment, deliver brief interventions, time-limited specialist treatment interventions, and an aftercare and recovery service. The service is linked with an NHS Tier 3 partnership, The Community Drug and Alcohol Team (CDAT), as well as being linked to a Tier 4 Local Council Substance Misuse Team.
