The College seeks to appoint a suitably qualified Lead Consultant to provide multidisciplinary design, procurement and contract administration services for the proposed refurbishment of two existing, sports changing room facilities, including showers and WCs and creation of new individual accessible changing rooms to meet current Equality Act 2010, and building regulation standards. The appointed Lead Consultant will be expected to undertake Principal Designer duties under the CDM Regulations unless otherwise agreed.
