The Highland Council

Highland Council is looking for an organization to provide intensive support services to vulnerable children and young people in the region, including those involved with the criminal justice system, exploitation, or child protection services. The service will offer practical and emotional help covering safety planning, risk management, health, education, substance use support, and parenting skills training for both young people and their families.

The Council intends to put in place a Framework Agreement (hereinafter may be referred to as “Framework or FW”) with one (1) sole Supplier of suitably competent, qualified and the
