Staffordshire County Council has awarded a flexible framework to suppliers to provide support services for children and young people in education settings and the community across eight districts. The framework is split into three lots – Targeted Intervention Programmes, Skill Development and Specialist Support – and will be used for call‑off contracts as needs arise.
