What does CPV code 15000000 cover?

How do I win Food, beverages, tobacco and related products contracts in East Midlands?
Get onto the relevant DPS early — most public food buying now happens through them and joining is usually free and rolling. SALSA or BRC accreditation, allergen management evidence and reliable cold-chain logistics are baseline requirements; local sourcing and short supply chains score well since the Procurement Act put social value front and centre. Getting listed on ESPO frameworks pays twice here — local authorities in the region default to them, and the frameworks sell nationally. EMPTN (the East Midlands portal, ProContract-based) carries most council opportunities including sub-threshold quotes; register once and it covers the bulk of the region's authorities.
