Young people's Counselling and Health & Wellbeing Drop-in Service

Provision of: young people's comprehensive counselling service; school and college health & wellbeing drop-ins; opportunistic sexual health provision; and a programme of health education and support to lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender (LGBT) young people. The Council undertakes to use reasonable endeavours to hold confidential any information provided in the proposal submitted, subject to the Council's obligations under law, including the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

If the applicant considers that any of the information submitted in the proposal should not be disclosed because of its sensitivity then this should be stated with the reason for considering it sensitive. The Council will then consider the sensitivity statement before replying to any request received under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
